PT Engineering developed a traffic simulation analysis of the proposed roadway widening and addition of a new Access Control Point (ACP) to Fort Bragg. The analysis included developing a visually validated 2015 base year model, a 2040 No-Build model and 2040 Build models for three alternatives. PT Engineering also developed a 2015 base year build analysis to determine the need for signalizing the new intersections and provided initial timing plans for the proposed signals. The study also required coordination of the improvements along Bragg Boulevard with the adjacent Spring Lake Loop project.
