PT Engineering (as a subconsultant to AECOM and directly for NCDOT) provided technical oversight and quality control services for the update to the Traffic Capacity Technical Memorandum, that includes a study area that encompasses 16 interchanges and evaluates four alternatives. PT Engineering (as a subconsultant to URS Corporation/AECOM) is developing a comprehensive simulation analysis of the I-26 Connector project, including a calibrated base model and four build scenarios. PT Engineering developed the technical approach for the study and was responsible for leading the development of the calibrated base model in TransModeler. Mr. Trencansky is also providing quality control and technical oversight of the build model development and analysis.
