PT Engineering developed a traffic forecast for proposed improvements along Springs Road from Highland Avenue to Charlotte Street in Catawba County. The forecast included utilizing the Hickory MPO travel demand model to develop a 2019 Base Year No-Build and the 2045 Future Year No-Build/Build forecast for one alternative for 25 intersections.
