PT Engineering developed a traffic forecast for proposed improvements along the US 1 corridor from Cary Parkway to NC 540 in Wake County. The forecast included utilizing the Triangle Regional Model (TRM) travel demand model to develop a 2019 Base Year No-Build, 2045 Future Year No-Build and the 2045 Future Year Build forecast for one alternative for 15 intersections. The forecast included the addition of a proposed interchange at the Perry Road Extension.
