PT Engineering developed a traffic forecast for proposed improvements along Western Boulevard, US 17 and the proposed extension of Jacksonville Parkway (for two separate STIP Projects) in Onslow County. The forecast included refining the Jacksonville Travel Demand Model to include a more refined network in the vicinity of the extension and utilizing the output to develop a 2018 Base Year No-Build, 2018 Base Year Build, 2040 Future Year No-Build for two scenarios, and 2018 Base Year/2040 Future Year Build forecast for one alternative for 32 intersections.
