PT Engineering developed a traffic forecast for improvements of US 64 from west of SR 1308 (Laura Duncan Road) to US 1 in Wake County. The forecast included utilizing the Triangle Regional Model (TRM) output to develop a 2016 Base Year No-Build, 2040 Future Year No-Build, and two alternatives for the 2040 Future Year Build forecast for 18 intersections.
